Extension of April youth passes

With grades 7-12 moving to online learning, we know many students won’t be using their April youth monthly passes, so we’re extending their validity through May. This means that youth customers can continue to use your April youth monthly pass until May 31. For My Fare customers, if you have an April youth pass, you’ll get a complimentary May youth pass delivered to your My Fare wallet.

If you already bought a May youth monthly pass, you can return it and will be refunded in the original mode of payment.

Please note that for refund requests that we receive on or after May 1st, refunds will be pro-rated by deducting the value of two trips per day for each day that has passed (including the day the refund is requested).  If the pass has been mailed, the base date for the refund will be the post-mark date. Once we receive your pass, we’ll mail you a cheque to refund it.
